Capital Bicycle Racing Club (CBRC)
CBRC membership ranges in age from 10 to 82, and includes racers of all abilities and experience levels. Our focus is to introduce aspiring bike riders into the racing scene in a fun and friendly manner, that educates them on training, safety, and the racing culture. Local races hosted by CBRC include the "Johnny Cake Lane Spring Series" in Coxsackie, the "Capital Region Road Race" in Ravena, the "Central Park Cyclo-Cross" in Schenectady and the Bethlehem Town Park Cross Race as part of the NYCross.com race series. CBRC boasts National Champions, New York State Champions in both road and cyclocross, Empire State Games Medalists, US-ranked racers, and many top finishers in 2008. Our website is www.cbrc.us .
