Please come help Sandra Romero's campaign this weekend.  Sandra was the total engine behind the Sleater-Kinney tunnel and a major force behind the funding for the Chehalis Western Trail.   Come walk a precinct dropping literature for Sandra and other pro-environment candidates, as part of the Thurston Conservation Voters lit-drop this weekend.

Please come help the Thurston Conservation Voters literature drop this weekend.  This is our biggest volunteer effort each election season, covering 25 precincts for pro-environment candidates.   It saves them on postage, plus the direct to-the-door delivery is more effective at encouraging voters to vote.

 

Our “packet-stuffing” party is Friday, from 5 – 9 PM.    If you can come for an hour or two, we’d love to have you.

 

We actually deploy people out to precincts on Saturday, starting at 9:00.   It works best with two people to a precinct, so you can split things up.   Most of our precincts are in Olympia, and all are selected for good walkability.

 

It’s a chance to help progressive candidates, get a bit of exercise, and show the strength of Thurston Conservation Voters.

 

We’ll be carrying literature for Gregoire, Goldmark, No on 985 (Eyman), Romero, Hunt, Williams, Fraser, and in two precincts, Mike Rechner for 20^th District Senate.
