DID YOU KNOW THESE FACTS?

I SURE DIDNT TILL NOW

< BR>

Death is certain but the Bible speaks about untimely death!

Make & nbsp;a personal reflection about this.....

Very interesting, read until the end.....

It is written in the Bible (Galatians 6:7):

'Be not deceived; God is not mocked:

for whatsoever a man sow,

that shall he also reap.

< BR>

Here are some men and women

who mocked God
:

John Lennon
(Singer):

Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said:

'Christianity will end, it will disappear..

I do not have to argue about

that. I am certain.

Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him' (1966).

< /FONT>

Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

Tancredo Neves
(President of Brazil ) :

During the Presidential campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency.

Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died.

Cazuza
(Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet):

During A show in Canecio ( Riode Jan eiro ),</ FONT>

while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said:'God, that's for you.'

He died at the age of 32 of LUNG CANCER in a horrible manner.

The man who built the Titanic

After the construction of Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be.

< BR>

With an ironic tone he said:

'Not even God can sink it'

The result:I think you all know what happened to the Titanic

Marilyn Monroe
(Actress)

< SPAN style='FONT-SIZE: 12pt'>

She was visited by Billy Graham during a presentation of a show.

He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her.

After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said:

'I don't need your Jesus'..

A week later, she was found dead in her apartment

Bon Scott
(Singer)

The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs he sang:

'Don't stop me; I'm going down all the way, down the highway to hell'.

On the 19th of February 19 80, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked by his own vomit.

Campinas
(IN 200 5)

In Campinas , Brazila group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend.....

The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter holding her hand, who was already seated in the car:

'My Daughter, Go With God And May He Protect You.'

She responded: 'Only If He (God) Travels In The Trunk, Cause Inside Here.....It's Already Full '

Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died,

the car could not be re cognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact.

The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a c rate of eggs, none was broken

Christine Hewitt
(Jamaican Journalist and entertainer)
said the Bible (Word of God) was the worst book ever written.

In June 2006 she was found burnt beyond recognition in her motor vehicle.

Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other name that was given so much authority as the name of Jesus.

Many have died, but only Jesus died and rose again, and he is still alive.

'Jesus'

PS:
If it was a joke, you would have sent it to everyone.
So are you going to have courage to send this?.

I have done my part, Jes us said

'If you are embarrassed about me,

I will also be embarrassed about you before my fa ther.'

You are my 8 in 8 seconds. I am not breaking this. No way!

I'M TOL D THIS WORKS!!!!! Bishop T.D. Jakes '8 Second Prayer.' Just repeat this prayer and see how God moves!!

'Lord, I love you and I need you, come into my heart, and bless me, my family, my home, and my friends, in Jesus' name. Amen.'

Glue sticks and sharp knives power this scam

Forget high-tech hacking. One new credit card scam relies more on X-Acto knives and glue sticks than wi-fi and laptops, but helps criminals steal your money just the same.
Shaving is a low-tech form of card theft where thieves sort through sets of 16-digit numbers to find one that matches an existing card, and then verifying that number either by trying to make a purchase online or by phone. The scammers can also buy a list of valid credit card numbers from black market sites online. Once they have their hands on a valid account number, they then create a new card with those numbers by shaving the numbers off of gift cards or expired credit cards and gluing them onto a defunct or stolen card. The magnetic strip is gouged with a knife or pen so that a store clerk has to manually enter the account number on a keypad, and the charge goes through.
If they're successful, months can pass before a cardholder discovers the fraud. After all, if your wallet hasn't been stolen and you haven't misplaced a card, you may be puzzled to discover that your card has been compromised even though it's safely tucked away the entire time.
While it might not be the simplest way to commit an identity theft, card shaving is on the rise. "Desperate times mean desperate measures," said Robert Siciliano, CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and author of "The Safety Minute: Living on High Alert." "In this economy, we are seeing scams of all kinds resurfacing, including credit card shaving."
Both Merchants and Consumers Are Gatekeepers
Card shaving's growth comes partly as a reaction to increased high-tech credit card security steps, experts say. "As regulations and security tightened on electronic credit card processing networks, it became increasingly difficult for hackers to penetrate them," says Shyam Krishnan, an industry analyst with the Smart Cards group at Frost & Sullivan, a high-tech research and consulting firm. And so they turned to other low-tech scams, such as card shaving.
Because the scam requires clerks to enter the card number manually, merchants are the first line of defense in catching the perpetrators. These fraudulent cards usually look suspicious to begin with -- the numbers and letters often haphazardly glued on -- and that alone should raise red flags with store clerks and cashiers. However, many shaving scammers primarily use the cards in busy bargain stores where clerks are too harried to pay much attention and verification systems are so outdated that they don't require a matching ZIP code or other personal data.
"If merchants physically inspect all cards, they'll minimize the incidents of counterfeit cards being used," says Tom Harkins, chief strategy officer at Secure Identity Systems.

It's in the merchant's best financial interest to keep a watchful eye. After all, any charges made with the number would likely be disputed by the card's rightful owner, leaving the merchant with little option but to absorb the loss through a chargeback. That's why Siciliano recommends that merchants refuse service if the card doesn't scan. "Manually typing the card number in when there is even a hint of suspicion is risky," he says.
Merchants should also turn the card over and ensure the back of the card has the proper marks. For sales conducted without a card for online or phone transactions, Harkins advises merchants to protect themselves by requesting the three-number security code on the back of the card (four digits and on the front of American Express cards). "If it doesn't match, ask additional questions or investigate the customer before completing the transaction," he says.
Inevitably, some of the scammers will succeed, and unless the cardholder has a firm handle on his or her account, the crime can go entirely unnoticed. Experts say this further reinforces the need for cardholder diligence on a regular basis. "It's vital to check your balances and accounts on a regular basis and report any suspicious purchases to help identify the theft quickly," says Krishnan.
Disposable Card Numbers Are One Solution
Another way consumers can fight shaving is with a credit card account that generates a new number for every new transaction. Citibank offers Virtual Account Numbers to cardholders for online purchases while PayPal provides the Secure Card in the form of a MasterCard debit card. While these can only be used online, Qsecure is rolling out a SmartStripe credit and debit card that looks like any other card. However, a chip embedded in the card's magnetic stripe automatically generates a different number for each purchase.

Hi.

Nung Sabado (05 June)  mga 10.00am to 11.00am nag message sa akin sa Yahoo Messanger ang isa sa
mga kaibigan ko sa yahoo list:

Friend: Online ka?

Jessi e: Opo

Friend: Musta?

Jessi e: Ayos lang.

Friend: San ka?

Jessi e: Malaysia pa din.

Friend: May webcam ka?

Jessi e: Sira eh.
Friend: Ay ganun. Uy meron ako share na pics sayo.
Jessi e: Ok

At this point my friend sent a site. I clicked the address and it was directed to
flicker site and it requires me to log in using yahoo id. Since I trust the person
nag log ako. After logging in wala naman nangyari. So I just closed the window.

Mga 12.00pm nakatulog ako.  Nagising na ako bandang 2.00pm. I checked my
roaming phone and saw one message from one of my friends in Manila . Nung

Jessi e: Hello.

Cancel mo.

I realized my yahoo id was hacked and was used to contact my friends. The hacker sent
message to her pretending to be m e:

Hacker: Hi. Musta?

Friend M: Ok lang.
Hacker: Pwede hingi favor?

Friend M: Sige ok lang.
Hacker: Papabili sana ako sayo ng prepaid cards Globe and Smart. Kasi business ko yun
dito sa Malaysia . Eh naubusan yung supplier ko. Kailangan ko lang talaga. Please lang.

Friend M: Sige ok lang. Ilan ba?

yung no.
Friend M: Ok.

So, usap na sila ni Friend M via text. The hacker instructed my friend to SMS to him the pin no
of the prepaid cards after buying it. He was very insistent na bilisan ang pagbili and send agad
kasi kailangan na kailangan na daw. Halos every 10 mins he was texting her.

Thank God that I was able to discover on time about all these kaya hindi natuloy sa pagbili si

Friend M. I immediately send SMS to all my friends in my phonebook para ma notify sila and
huwag maniwala sa hacker. It turned out that there are 4 others na nakausap ni hacker and
they are in the malls ready to buy the prepaid cards.

This is very mean and pathetic. This fraudsters are capitalizing on trust between friends.
I appreciate my friends that are willing to help without even talking to me but these days
we must be very careful.

Note that their target victims are the friends of OFWs since our friends will be willing to

lend money because they know we can pay and not even think na bakit text lang kasi alam natin
na mahal long distance. Siguro maiisip niyo bakit dali nila magtiwala but come to think of it?

Kapag kinausap tayo sa YM we never doubt the authenticity of the person on the other end
lalo na kung lagi natin sila nakaka chat.

I am writing to notify everyone so this won't happen to you. Please help to save other people
from this ruthless swindlers. Pa send sa lahat ng kilala niyo.

Thanks for the time in reading this. I tried to make it short pero mas maganda detailed para
malaman niyo modus operandi nila.

SAVE PAPER - THINK BEFORE YOU PRINT

Read only if you have time for God

Let me tell you, make sure you read all the way to the bottom. I almost deleted this email but I was blessed when I got to the end

God, when I received this e-mail, I thought...

I don't have time for this... And, this is really inappropriate during work.

Then, I realized that this kind of thinking is.... Exactly, what has caused lot of the problems in our world today.

We try to keep God in church on Sunday morning...

Maybe, Sunday night...

And, the unlikely event of a midweek service.

We do like to have Him around during sickness....

And, of course, at funerals.

However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during work or play...

Because.. That's the part of our lives we think... We can, and should, handle on our own.

May God forgive me for ever thinking...

That... There is a time or place where..

HE is not to be FIRST in my life.

We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us.

If, You aren't ashamed to do this...

Please follow the directions.

Jesus said, 'If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my Father.'

Not ashamed?

Pass this on ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!!

Yes, I do Love God.

HE is my source of existence and Savior.

He keeps me functioning each and every day. Without Him, I will be nothing. But, with Christ, HE strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

This is the simplest test.

If You Love God... And, are not ashamed of all the marvelous things HE has done for you...

Send this to ten people and the person who sent it to you!

Now do you have the time to pass it on?

Make sure that you scroll through to the end.

Easy vs. Hard

Why is it so hard to tell the truth but Yet so easy to tell a lie?

Why are we so sleepy in church but Right when the sermon is over we suddenly wake up?

Why is it so easy to delete a Godly e-mail, but yet we forward all of the nasty ones?

Of all the free gifts we may receive, Prayer is the very best one....

There are no costs, but wonderful rewards... GOD BLESS!

Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.

Isn't it funny how someone can say 'I believe in God' but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also 'believes' in God).

Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?

Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me.

I pray, for everyone who sends this to their entire address book, they will be blessed by God in a way special for them.

And send it back to the person who sent it, to let them know that indeed it was sent out to many more.

halo!

A woman in her fifties is at home happily jumping , unclothed, on her bed and squealing with delight.
Her husband watches her for a while and asks,

Do you have any idea how ridiculous you look? What's the matter with you?"
The woman continues to bounce on the bed and says,
"I don't care what you think, I just came from having a mammogram, and the doctor says that not only am I healthy, but I have the breasts of an 18 year-old."
The husband replies, "What did he say about your 55-year old arse?"
She replied, "Your name didn't come up."

SPECIAL
GROCERY LIST

Louise Redden, a poorly
dressed lady with a look of defeat on her face, walked into a grocery store.

She approached the owner of the store in a most humble manner and asked if he
would let her charge a few groceries.

She softly explained that her husband was very ill and unable to work, they had
seven children and they needed food.

John Longhouse, the grocer, scoffed at her and requested that she leave his
store at once.

Visualizing the family needs, she said: 'Please, sir! I will bring you the
money just as soon as I can.'

John told her he could not give her credit, since she did not have a charge account
at his store.

Standing beside the counter was a customer who overheard the conversation
between the two. The customer walked forward and told the grocer that he would
stand good for whatever she needed for her family.

The grocer said in a very reluctant voice, 'Do you have a grocery list?'

Louise replied, 'Yes sir.'

'O.K' he said, 'put your grocery list on the scales and whatever
your grocery list weighs, I will give you that amount in groceries.'

Louise, hesitated a moment with a bowed head, then she reached into her purse
and took out a piece of paper and scribbled something on it. She then laid the
piece of paper on the scale carefully with her head still bowed.

The eyes of the grocer and the customer showed amazement when the scales went
down and stayed down.

The grocer, staring at the scales, turned slowly to the customer and said
begrudgingly, 'I can't believe it.'

The customer smiled and the grocer started putting the groceries on the other
side of the scales. The scale did not balance so he continued to put more and
more groceries on them until the scales would hold no more.

The grocer stood there in utter disgust. Finally, he grabbed the piece of paper
from the scales and looked at it with greater amazement.

It was not a grocery list, it was a prayer, which said:

'Dear Lord, you know my needs and I am leaving this in your hands.

The grocer gave her the groceries that he had gathered and stood in stunned
silence.

Louise thanked him and left the store.  The other customer handed a
fifty-dollar bill to the grocer and said;  'It was worth every penny of it.

Only God Knows how much a prayer weighs.'

THE POWER OF PRAYER: When you receive this, say a prayer.  That's all you
have to do.

Just stop right now, and say a prayer of thanks for your own good fortune.

Then please send this to all your friends and relatives.

I believe if you will send this testimony out with prayer in faith, you will
receive what you need God to do in your and your families' life

So dear heart, trust God to heal the sick, provide food for the hungry, clothes
and shelter for those that don't have as we do. Amen & Amen

Don't  break this, please!

Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive

There is no cost but a lot of rewards.

May you always walk with Angels

God Bless!

I AM CLAIMING THIS FOR YOU

Three things will happen to you this coming week:

(1) You will find favor with someone you don't expect;

(2) You will be too relevant to be ignored;

(3) You will encounter God and you will never remain the same, Amen.

My prayer for you today:

The eyes beholding this message shall not behold evil, the hands that will send
this message to others shall not labor in vain, the mouth saying Amen to this
prayer shall laugh forever.  Remain in God's love as you send this prayer
to everybody on your list.  Have a lovely journey of life!  Trust in
the Lord with all your heart and He will never fail you because He is Awesome!

If you truly need a blessing, continue reading this email:

Heavenly Father, most Gracious and Loving God, I pray to you that you
abundantly bless my family and me.  I know that you recognize, that a
family is more than just a mother, father, sister, brother, husband and wife,
but all who believe and trust in you.  Father, I send up a prayer request
for blessings for not only the person who sent this to me, but for me and all
that I have forwarded this message on to. And that the power of joined prayer
by those who believe and trust in you is more powerful than anything.   I
thank you in advance for your blessings.

Father God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt
burdens.  Release your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all
that You have given me Father, for I know how wonderful and mighty you are and
how if we just obey you and walk in your word and have the faith of a mustard
seed that you will pour out blessings.  I thank you now Lord for the
recent blessings I have received and for the blessings yet to come because I
know you are not done with me yet.  In Jesus name, I pray, Amen

TAKE 60 SECONDS and send this on quickly and within hours, you will have caused
a multitude of people to pray to God for each other.  Then sit back and
watch the power of God work in your life for doing the thing that you know He
loves.  Remain Blessed!!!

Peace and Blessings...

'In a gentle way, you can
shake the world.'

"Get ready to hit the dirt... and run the race of your life!"

The Men’s Health All-Terrain Race (ATR) is Men’s Health magazine’s flagship event for 2008. It is still the only race of its kind in the country. Segregated into a trail and bike run, the MH ATR is for people who love these disciplines and who are looking for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Venue: Timberland Heights, San Mateo
Date: June 15, 2008
Time: Event starts at 6am

The Trail Run
The trail run is one of the things that makes the All-Terrain Race very unique. Instead of running on level roads, runners will be running on gravel, sand, and sloping hills. It’s not your typical running race.  Race distance is approximately 12 kilometers.

The Mountain Bike Race
A normal mountain bike race in a not so normal course. It pits bikers against each other in a course designed to test your more than your skills.  Race distance is approximately 20 kilometers.

Father’s Day Festival
The ATR isn’t just a competition. It is also celebration of what the Men’s Health lifestyle is all about. It’s all about good food, good music and more importantly, good company. Make dad’s day more meaningful by cheering him on as he crosses the finish line.

A mouse looked through the crack in the wall to see the farmer and his wife open a package.
"What food might this contain?" the mouse wondered.  He was devastated to discover it was a mousetrap.
Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning :
There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"

The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said, "Mr. Mouse , I can tell this is a grave concern to you, but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it."

The mouse turned to the pig and told him, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"
The pig sympathized, but said, I am so very sorry, Mr. Mouse, but there is nothing I can do about it but pray.
Be assured you are in my prayers."
The mouse turned to the cow and said "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"
The cow said, "Wow, Mr. Mouse. I'm sorry for you, but it's no skin off my nose."

So, the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer's mousetrap alone.

That very night a sound was heard throughout the house -- like the sound of a mousetrap catching its prey.

The farmer's wife rushed to see what was caught. In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught.
The snake bit the farmer's wife. The farmer rushed her to the hospital , and she returned home with a fever.
Everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup's main
ingredient.
But his wife's sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock.
To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig.
The farmer's wife did not get well; she died.
So many people came for her funeral, the farmer had the cow slaughtered to provide enough meat for all of them.

The mouse looked upon it all from his crack in the wall with great sadness.

And so, the next time you hear someone is facing a problem and think it doesn't concern you, remember -- when one of us is threatened, we are all at risk.
We are all involved in this journey called life. We must keep an eye out for one another and make an extra effort to encourage one another.
SEND THIS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER HELPED YOU OUT AND LET THEM KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE.
REMEMBER.....EACH OF US IS A VITAL THREAD IN ANOTHER PERSON'S TAPESTRY;
OUR LIVES ARE WOVEN TOGETHER FOR A REASON.

One of the best things to hold onto in this world is a Friend.
