Try David Silver Spares in the UK...they usually have some in stock.
But bear in mind, that is an obsolete part of course...so what's out
there is what's there...they aren't making them any more.
If you have a burnt valve then the valve seat is probably trashed too
and needs to be recut. Should probably take it to a good shop that
can do a valve job on it. I've seen valves and springs on ebay
numerous times. Decent used sets are ok (is this a race bike?).

As for jets....I'd guess you'll have to go up perhaps two sizes on
the main jets, not sure what comes in the 160 stock.
