draining down from somewhere inside. Is that the same deal — the float level in the carb?

end connects to the carb, the other dangles....when the float level in
the carb is too high...it drains the fuel out on the ground.
If fuel continues to come out of the hose...you have a problem with
one of the carbs, if it was a one time thing...don't worry about it
for now. Could have been a temporary malfunction in the carb.
