I recently faced the same problem with my 73 CL175. I went into the local honda shop and they had a box full of keys. We found wone that was like mine and bigger at all points. I brought it home and clamped it to my original key. I carefully cut it to match with a fine file and now I have two keys. It was easier than I though it would be. You just have to be careful not to damage the original.

Marty, Back in the day they only made so many different keys for each model of bike. There should be a number on the key that matches a number on the switch....
