hi John and crew,
I rebuilt the carbs on my '65, runs great, I did have to trim the bowl
gaskets (yes kester kits), but they still seep some, I checked and
changed the petcock and it seems to be holding, anyway, I checked
servicehonda.com and there are 5 float needles listed,(different part
numbers) anyone know which is correct.

Dale, I just checked my CL160 parts manual and it doesn't even list seperate carb parts....just shows the whole carb...Carb Assembly! Wow...expensive way to...

well the fibre washers didn't work, the only thing I can think of is to pull the petcock again and check the mating surface where the mounting screws hit...and...
