Thanks Bill,
I'd like to take a look at one. Looks different than what might work
on a 175. I've got a couple of tensioners built with metal sprockets
now...they should hold up...will be noisy though.

Wanna build a possibly permanent cam chain tensioner? This is how I'm doing it. Take apart the small end of a stock tensioner carefully by grinding off the end...
