That is exactly the setup we used on our "B" bike. The "A" bike used a
35mm CB550/4 front end. The CB200 front end was the same damper rod
technology, was lighter, and in the right hands handled every bit as
well. Only reason for going with 35mm tubes would be if you wanted to
use a "cartridge emulator" which only go down to 35mm in size.
Beth, Zack Courts road our "B" bike to the 200gp track record with the
CB200 forks and CB/CL 450 brake. I was right behind for several laps
and he was able to thrash the bike like it was a modern sportbike...but
then that is Zack.
