... All the 160/175's were drum, they went to disk on the CB200. You just have to use a 175 wheel (same axle size), maybe make a few axle spacers, and a brake...

No, all CB200's had the mechanical disc as far as I know, so you have to adapt the drum, which is very simple to do. You can use the extra lug on the left leg...
