The third edition is done, has grown to over 630 pages, and is too big to put into one printed volume.
I've added three files that include everything in the third edition.
My plan is to have the core of the book in the first two files, and the appendix in the third file.
These three files are called "PRINT THIRD EDITION, VOLUMES 1, 2, 3".
These files are print files, files that one can take, on a CD, to an Office Depot or UPS Store or ???, and have printed.
So, there would be three printed volumes, named 1 through 3.
These files are too big to upload to the Yahoo Group/forum, so they're only available on the CD.
