Just returned this last Monday from always changing Las Vegas, where
Nick Bockwinkel, Gloria Lovell, Scott Hosey and I met with the Plaza
Hotel staff. You can see that they are making a lot of changes and
upgrades and we are still 8 months away from the 41st CAC reunion.

The casino has all new carpet, a major improvement, the coffe shop is
now a flat price per meal,Breakfast,lunch and dinner. All meals are
full 3 or 4 course and the prices are very good. Plus they have added
2 show rooms and a comedy club. They said all the rooms are being
redone and most should be ready before we get there.

All the hotels in Vegas are raising thier prices, so the $49.00
Sunday to Thursday is a good price and Friday and Saturday $69.00 I
think is pretty fair price.

Once again we will have the entire 2nd floor for the CAC events, and
the Comedy club is also there for evening events.I hope all will stay
there and help us meet our goal in room nights. We have blocked 150
rooms for Friday and Saturday and 100 for Wednesday and Thursday. The
Plaza does not claim to be a 4 star hotel but for the price you get a
lot of hotel and all the CAC events are right there. Plus you can
walk to 6 or 7 casino's and there is a lot of great food in walking
distance if the Plaza does not hit your taste buds.

All the honoree's are confirmed in writing and it should be another
record breaking event, After the Holidays get your reservations in
and book your hotel, already 56 have bought thier tickets.
