Morgan brings up another good point: "Karl,Nick,Red,Gloria (might I
add the most lovely,Gloria) along with many more of the board
members get complained to all the time(about the reunion and various
other things)." I've worked in customer service positions of one
kind or another for over 30 years. I know that you always hear
about it (usually loud & long!) from people when they feel you
haven't done a good job for them. You seldom hear about things
they're pleased with. Don't be afraid to send a note to Karl, Nick,
Red, Gloria, or other members of the board when you're happy about
something. It really makes people feel good when they hear a
compliment about something they've done!
