I know they claim that Le Pain Quotidienne is French for your daily bread, but it sounds suspiciously like P-A-I-N to me.
Have a great Sunday run, all. I'm plugging away at my running and enjoying it, but not up to the BLR distances, speeds or abilities to dally at brunch at this time, so will beg off on the run formerly known as Bread and Chocolate even though I'd love to run with you guys.
I have such fond memories of always waiting at the wrong meeting spot at East Falls Church, of being denied use of the rest room at the CVS, of Randy making me laugh at "more cowbell", of Mike saying something about thermals that had Larry wondering about his underwear, of Tom M and Darlene hauling me up the Arlington hills -- and of course, of Allen riding behind me and Kathy M and telling us that we had too much jiggling going on! A day that will live in BLR infamy right along with the lost glove.

I am having with draw symptoms and I need to run to eastern market.
Keith is ready (as always to go long). It promises to be hot so I plan on leaving Vienna Metro at 6:30.
Howard may join us at East Falls Metro we should be there at 7:45 and He plans to add TR Island to get about 15 miles.
Keith will skip TR Island to get about 19miles. I will decide when I get to the cutoff. But either way I will end up at the new restaurant
That is located on the Bread and Chocolate corner.
I will run with my cell 703 597 9618. Please let me know if we should look for you and where you plan on joining.
Happy running
Steph
