I think I saw my running shoes this morning as I walked through the garage. They had just come back from a long run without me and hid behind some boxes. I'm gonna catch them tonight!

Note to self: Bring several oars to Burke Lake on Sunday. Throw John in water. Smack with paddles repeatedly. Repeat every weekend until two weeks prior to Bay Challenge. Then cut back to using just one paddle. (This is called tapering.)
