Yeah, it's full now. They seem to have had some real problems with the
registration everybody is griping over on the runwashington list.
Looking at the entrants list there are lots of duplicate entries
(probably caused by people pushing the submit button over and over
when it was stuck). Everybody check your credit card bill!
