A friendly group of runners of all levels. We invite anyone that is looking for someone to run with to join us. We are very informal, self-coached group. There is no membership fee. We normally gather at Burke Lake Park - Shelter A in Fairfax County, VA every Sunday morning for our weekly long distance run. Starting time depends on the time of the year and weather. In the heat and humidity of the summer, we will start at 6 AM, Spring and Fall 7AM and during the winter, 8AM Check here for updates to starting times. Starting at 7AM until further notice.
