This picture of Trent Dilfer, standing next to star-crossed TE Kellen Winslow Jr., is in the news today. As a former Buccaneer 1st round draft pick ('94), he's always going to be a favorite of mine. Looking back, that group of guys who turned it around in Tampa in the mid-90s was really something else. I'm happy that he won a Super Bowl with Baltimore (and that we won one too).
PS, It might just be me but, I swear, Dilfer is starting to look like a bigger, balder, version of Jon Gruden!!! :)
