What a mess the NFC is this year! If
Seattle loses to Dallas tonight, 6 of the NFC's 16 teams (including us)
will be tied at 5-7. Hopefully the Seahawks will win because that
would make things a little clearer. In any event, Philly and Atlanta
are divisional winners. The Green Bay/Minnesota winner will take
their division and the loser will be a wildcard. The Seattle/St Louis
winner will take that division which leaves the loser (who all the 5-7
teams are aiming at). More and more it looks like Adam Archuleta's
return of Pittman's fumble for a TD in week six has been the play of the
year for us. You take away that one play and we'd be 6-6 with a game
in hand against the Rams instead of the other way around. On second
thought, the play may actually be Galloway tearing his groin while hauling
in a TD pass in week one in Washington. Oh, well...
The bottom line's very simple for us
now: "Just win baby!"
