That's one thing Gruden's offense is dependent on (and why
McCardell's been successful). Early in his career, Galloway used his
blinding speed to make up for his weak routes. But, since the knee
injury, he's lost a slight step and running crisp routes has become
more important.

receiver just has to have the ambition to learn. If Gruden's high on
what Galloway's doing, then maybe he's willing to work on his routes
and not depend on blinding speed. That bodes well for the Bucs
offense this year.

buzzing. Speed like theirs has been a rare commodity in Tampa (at
least, on the offensive side of the ball). Jon seems to be raving
about both (especially Galloway). IMO, both Dallas and Tampa
benefited from that trade.
