Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! It was very hectic for
me. I spent the week before Christmas in Jamaica. The day after I
returned, I had 20 family members at my house. I spent this past
weekend taking down decorations. Hope Santa was good to everyone!
Have a safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

HI I am glad you enjoy IRL I have followed them since they started,
attended the races at Disney at Orlando untiil they quit racing there'
they put on a good race, appreciate their fans, and it doesn't break
the bank to go to their races. So if NASCAR keeps it up I will just
leave them for IRL, WoO, NHRA, they are not the only exciting racing
going on!!

IMHO, NASCAR has gotten WAY too big for its britches! It's already bad enough
that fans are getting priced out of the stands, have to pay for the "premium"
content on NASCAR online, and drivers and teams are being priced out of
competition.
I remember when ESPN had the NASCAR contract but you could only get some of the
Busch races on ESPN2 so you were SOL if your cable company didn't carry that.

BTW, I have found IRL to be a much more fan friendly venue. It's much like
Busch used to be, where the teams and drivers are more willing to make some time
for the fans.

I Have sent NASCAR email msgs. regarding the PPV issue. I will sign
the petition gladly, I grew up listening to the radio and forming
the images of what was going on so it will be no problem for me. We
have the dish, but I will not pay to watch the races on tv. If
Nascar keeps up the way they are heading I won't go to anymore races
either.
Hi all,
You may not be aware, but there is talk of putting all the NASCAR
races on PayPerView, within the next year or two. Here is your chance
to voice your opposition if you are interested.
http://www.petitiononline.com/DE3FAN
If this happens, I, for one, will have to go back to following
the races ONLY on the radio (something familiar to all of us long time
NASCAR fans). I already have friends who cannot watch all the races
since they do not have cable.
Whether you sign or not, I would be interested in hearing
everyone's feelings on the subject.

Don't forget that chat is Wed. nites 9pm ET. I have to work, but
hoefully we won't be busy and I can get on the puter and chat a bit.
Hope everyone is doing ok, Sorry to hear about Chad Littles mother,
in case, you don;'t know she passed away from an aneurysm. Our
condolences to Chad and his family
Tony Stewart....as far as I know..... only had 16 Busch Starts and 8
of those ended with a DNF.

Casey Mears will pilot the #41 next season, even though he has done
only 35 Busch races, with one top five finish!
Bill Elliott has won the Most Popular Driver award again for the
umpteenth time.
And Robby Gordon is leading the votes for the most sexext man in
Nascar/Busch! Go figure that one?
No news about Buckshot, hopefully soon!

us....feel more than welcome to join the msn group as well if you

www.buckshotonline.com ...it's a great site
I am new to the group, but not a new Buckshot fan. I hope to hear
lots of good things about this great driver. I feel he has never been
given the credit he deserves. It is wonderful to be in the company of
others who feel the same way.
I seem to have problems getting in here, but once here no problem,
its probably just me. I am in the msn one too, will keep check on
each of them. Hello to everyone!!
wow this is such a great response I cant beelieeve you guys made it. i
hope you all feel welcome and make yourselves at home . For those who
havent checked out the msn group feel free to do so at the link at the
homepage here.I am sure you guys and gals will notice lots of old
faces. I will try to post as much here...now do we not only have one
wonderful group we have 2. I sure hope we can both cross over back and
forth and keep everyone well informed and up to date on ourselves.

forget to check out the msn group link on the front page i am just
gonna take a poll soon to see who likes which one better but so far
it seems the msn one is ahead so check that out to. I cant keep up
with 2 boards....lol ty. I wish I coud.
thanks for starting this board! i believe that most of us care about
the jones family, not just the racing, and it's nice to have a place
to come together. hope buckshot will sign up so he can come by and
say howdy once in a while...
McAdoo
I hope with one of these to groups we can keep in touch and share
life while we wait on Buck. Feel free to make suggestions. I just
threw this together so i need help for sure. I hope to work on it
ASAP.
Thank you for starting this group. If Bucskshot doesn't race full
time next year and re-open the website, it will be nice to have this
place to share thoughts, ideas and our misery of not having Buckshot
racing.
