Thanks for passing on the cold weather tips. I've been out in the park early and it's been pretty brisk!
I think I'll be doing my AM bike workouts on my computrainer from now on. Just a reminder to everyone that Jon Cane has a great indoor cycling studio on 5th street where you can ride head to head against others (it's only as competitive as you want it to be though).
