Looks like the last GRTT of the Year will be tomorrow! Looks like Ron
will have the fastest BC time of the year if nothing changes. I know some
of you were wondering how you would do. Now's your last chance to
find out. Let the suffering begin..... but at least it will last for
only for about
30 minutes. :-)

Tomorrow is race #5, Please email me with your race registration and time preference (If any).

Also, an important note:  Since last week's race, I have learned that there will be an Open House and BBQ taking place Thursday Evening, September 29, 2005 at the CSU Agricultural Research, Development and Education Center (ARDEC) which is located about half way between our start finish line and our turn around point at County Road 60.

They are expecting upward of 1500 persons to attend this event.  Needles to say, there will be a much greater number of vehicles on the frontage road that night.  With both the earlier sundown and the increase in traffic on the road the safest plan is to cancel the 6th race. 

So, our last race of the 2005 season will be this Thursday, September 22, 2005!  Come on out one more time and see how YOUR TIME fares for the season.  A good friend reminded me last week that the GRTT is first and foremost a race for you.  To help each of you track and improve both your fitness and performance.  Many of you have seen an increase in both, just look at your own PR's.
