Hey Everyone,

Heather and I had a great time yesterday on the hunt. So good to see everyone looking fantastic and having so much fun. Thank you to Sandy and all the Whipper-Ins for their great job! The photos from the hunt are up on saltforkimages.com from yesterday. They look marvelous! Here is an email James sent me this morning about ordering the photos.

Pam -

The photos from the hunt are posted on my website at www.saltforkimages.com.  I've placed a link on the front page in ORANGE right in the middle to make it easy for everyone to find.  The gallery is in the EVENTS section and can easily be found that way, too.

I scattered a few Black and White photos through the gallery as examples of what can be done.  If someone wants to see a specific photo in B&W they can e-mail me the image number (IMG_xxxx) located in the caption below the photo and I will duplicated it in Black and White for them to see - and possibly order.

As you know, orders go directly through the website and shipments are made directly to the customer.  However, if anyone needs a little extra help with the process I am certainly happy to help.

Thanks again for inviting me to shoot the hunt.  It was a lot of fun and I would certainly love to do it again sometime.

Warmest Regards,

James

Hi to everyone at BVH,

With Sandy's permission I have invited a friend who is a great photographer for the Aledo Bearcats Athletic Program to photograph the Opening Day Hunt for us. He is very excited about the opportunity to learn about our exciting sport and to get some great shots for everyone. He does not charge a hourly or flat fee to photograph us for the morning but he wants to make sure that there is enough interest from people that it will make it worth his time. He has a personal website, www.saltforkimages.com, where you can check out his previous work. He is very prompt at posting pictures and is very reasonably priced. His prices are 8x10 = $20, 5x7 = $11 and 4x6 = $4. He also has the ability to print large photos on canvas, wallet size photos and photos on various gifts. Please reply to yokemps@... if you are interested so that we can judge the interest level. He is a fantastic guy and he is very interested in photographing our Opening Day hunt.

Please reply to yokemps@msn.com if you are interested so that we can judge the interest level. He is a fantastic guy and he is very interested in photographing our Opening Day hunt.

It is always with please that we welcome new members to our wonderful family at Brazos Valley. Please take a moment to welcome them when you see them.

THIS Friday afternoon, we need all the help we can get. Carrie is delivering the jumps on Thursday afternoon, we need help Friday afternoon to set the course so we can be ready for schooling by 3:00 PM. We also will be delivering all the "stuff" for the food area and setting up for Friday evening PARTY. If you can, please come and help out. We will probably just stay and enjoy ourselves at the party.

Saturday. WE NEED help for the horse show. We mailed out over 200 prize lists, so hopefully we will have lots of entries. See you guys this weekend. HUGS Sandy

Saturday, November 7th, the Brazos Valley hounds will NOT go out. We are invited to Cloudline's opening meet. The stirrup cup is served at 9:00 AM. Please arrive in time to sign a release. We are invited to wear the BVH colors, however, there is a $40.00 capping fee which needs to be paid when you sign the release.  Directions: take 380 east to Greenville you will run into highway 69 just north of Greenville, turn north (left) on 69, go thru the town of Celeste; at the dog leg turn in Celeste, measure 1.5 miles looking RIGHT for a small blue sign that says CLOUDLINE, turn right, go over RR tracks, follow gravel road to the T, turn left, park in the designated area.

BVH Opening will be November 14th at Rocky Creek; Blessing of hounds will begin at 9:00 am.
