All, I'm not sure if Sandy has posted the advert prices yet, or whether they were handed out yesterday at Rhonda's.  In any case, here is a quick description of how I'd like to get advertisements for the horse show program: 1)  Best way to receive ad "copy" is in digital format (via email) - either in .pdf, .gif, or .jpg format. 2)  I can scan business cards and other documents, if necessary, on my color scanner at home or recreate from scratch IF it is text only, no pictures or symbols 3)  If I must, I can go to a business's website (if they have one) and copy an image directly from it.......this is not the best as sometimes the image is fuzzy/out of focus when it tranfers. Deadline:  TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2009   for ALL articles, photos, adverts I need time to gather everything, lay it out, proof it, then put to proper format and to disk for printer to look at.  The printer needs to be certain it is a good file before I leave town.
