| All, I'm not sure if Sandy has posted the advert prices yet, or whether they were handed out yesterday at Rhonda's. In any case, here is a quick description of how I'd like to get advertisements for the horse show program: 1) Best way to receive ad "copy" is in digital format (via email) - either in .pdf, .gif, or .jpg format. 2) I can scan business cards and other documents, if necessary, on my color scanner at home or recreate from scratch IF it is text only, no pictures or symbols 3) If I must, I can go to a business's website (if they have one) and copy an image directly from it.......this is not the best as sometimes the image is fuzzy/out of focus when it tranfers. Deadline: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2009 for ALL articles, photos, adverts I need time to gather everything, lay it out, proof it, then put to proper format and to disk for printer to look at.
