I am looking for a walking/jog partner........i want to train for a
marathon, haven't done a 5k yet....but building up to it......i walk
for 5/jog for 1........45 minutes twice a week, once a week i do 60
minutes, the other days are recovery days of walk only for 30
minutes....
anyone interested? around the GT Bray Park area, but would love to
know of other good trails locally.
