Trivia Poll Question Rules:

1. Member must participate in all current trivia polls. Doesn't matter if you
answer them correctly or not. Must answer all questions though. There will be
five (5) questions each month.

2. Trivia Polls will have asterisks next to them. i.e. *****

3. One prize per member every 6 months. This is to give every member a fair
chance to win a prize.

4. Prizes will be mailed through ground mail. BowlingTips101 is not liable for
damages that occur during shipping. Group member assumes all risks. I do not
know if there will be shipping to foreign countries due to cost. Currently
mailing to: Continental US, Canada, US Territories.

5. Please have a valid email address as this will be the means of communication
to let you know that you won a prize. I will ask for name, address, city,
state, and zip. Subject line will be BowlingTips101 Prize Alert.
