Well Kathleen,
The thing is this. YOU and you alone have the right to
say I want a New ball. If the guy you are going to buy
it from doesn't want to sell you one just say hey If
you don't sell me one I will just go somewhere else to
buy it. Tell him I am spending money I want that ball
NOW.
