Please, please, please,.....if you are holding one of the top ten tags
(#1,#2,#3,#4,#5,#6,#7,#8,#9 or #10), and you are not able to attend the finale
on Saturday, please make an effort to get your tag to someone who will be

For those who don't know, the BWCC 2010 tag season will commence with our 2010
Ice Bowl - the date for which is TBD...........stay tuned.  ; )

I am sad to say that I will nto be attending the finale on Sat!
I have class that day amd I am working toward a promotion at work, so it cant be
missed! I currently have tag number 7. I can maybe meet up with Donniellama
before hand and make sure he gets it so the top 10 can be complete!

Have fun all on Sat i would much rather be with all of you playing golf but I
need to do what pays the bills, hope you all understand!

More details to come, but to hear Lynn tell it, there is a collection of
t-shirts, hats and towels that are likely CTP prizes. There are also some
polos and dry mesh shirts that are candidates for llama buck purchase,
and/or CTP credit + llama bucks as a  hybrid purchase method.

Grub for finale
- Burgers, sausages, dogs + all the fixins
- Mac salad (no eggs)
- Cuban black beans (no meat)

- Feel free to bring a small side dish or beverage to share if you so desire

- Tags will be awarded based on raw score

Nine Llamas made their way around Boulder Woods last night in search of that
elusive hole-in-one.  It was not found and will be left on the course for some
lucky Llama on Saturday.  Whoever finds it will receive the grand sum of $125
for their efforts.
Only six players finished their rounds while one group, suffering the loss of
four discs, had to call it quits with three holes to go and pitch blackness
looming just over what could be made of the horizon.  Bigley has one on #15, #8
and ??.  Lordan lost one near the #12 basket.

A pivotal meeting decided things last night.  Much more will be discussed on
Saturday.

Know this:  There will be a WFL and some other form of organized play this
winter season.  There will be electricity available for crockpots at the
watertower.  There will be both gas and charcoal grills available.  Most all of
the food will be provided with club funds with a good portion being generously
donated by The California Cafe - but please, feel free to bring something you
like.
Also:  Saturday is going to be FUN!!!  Please arrive at BW by 8:30-8:45.  We
will try to start by 9am.  Call someone if you're running late!  ; )  There will
be food after round one and also after round two.  There will be a final for the
top three or four finishers and there will be other fun and exciting contests
for all to participate in and enjoy.

Who can meet @ the pavilion for an early round @ 2:00 ish?

7 people turned out today on a beautiful sunday for disc golf.

Thanks to Geoge Ginter and Jason Armstrong for trimming down the tree's on hole
3 and 8 by handsaw.  We still need to get a chainsaw out there to finish the
bigger chunks.

Huge thanks to Mr. Beam for rehabbing my ailing hard drive.  I was out of the
loop for a week or two there.
I may be able to come out Sunday to work on QC, but will most likely not make it
before noon.  We will be returning from the PSU-OSU game Sunday morning.

I heard of several examples in Arizona, Delaware, and other states in years past where new disc golf courses and the presence of other people have been successful in driving lewd behavior out of parks. I'm not familiar with William H. Kain or Rock Ridge county parks, but maybe this is a prime opportunity to get a new course installed at one or both. Is anyone local and would be willing to follow up?
