Hi All,
Just wanted to give a shout-out from Germany. I have been here three
months for work and am scheduled to remain until the beginning months
of next year. My company's headquarters is located in Heidenheim,
which co-hosted the 2008 European Disc Golf Championship. It was
amazing to see and experience how interest in the sport has spread
and an incredible coincidence that it occurred where I am living.
Unfortunately, the course in Heidenheim was only temporary for the
tournament. However, I did get the chance to play some holes after
the final grouping had finished. The other course in a neighboring
town is integrated into an area of ski slopes, so the elevation
variation was that much more extreme than QC. Here is the link to
the tournament site for anyone interested in checking it out...
http://ec08.de/site/players.html?newlang=default
Hopefully I'll be back to the States in time for the Ice Bowl. I'll
need to work on getting the rust off.
Nate Eveler
Thank you Bob.

and the like.
Date should be determined by week's end. Fall tourney schedules are being looked

When I went looking for my TAG at the pavilion on Wed Evening (missed
picking it up on Tues).... it was not to be found??
Does anyone know whether it might have migrated to another location??

Belated results from last Tuesday indicate a change in the #1 tag's
ownership. No aces were thrown - even though the acepot was peaking
at $110 for the day - so, this Tuesday, it starts growing at $60
again while the club collects another $50.

Chris,
We start promptly at 10 AM, so you may want to show up about 20-30
minutes early to warm up. A bunch of guys went to the Whispering Falls
tournament today, so we may not have as many show up tomorrow. Expect
about a three hour round on the QC course...it much more difficult than
the Boulder Woods course.

I'm hoping to play the Sunday round at QC tomorrow, but I want to make
sure of the start time... is it 10am? I've played BW a few times over

I grew up in York but have lived in Indiana (the state, not the town)
for 15 years. I'm glad there's such a dedicated group promoting disc
