Pre-registration is open for the PDGA-B Summer Soltstice June 21 at
Hickory Run/F.E. Walter Dam is open. You can register online at the
Bearclaws Disc Golf Association Website: http://bearclaws.org/den/

Nice Amatuer players packages include a tournament stamped disc, a
microfiber towel, and some other odds and ends.

Pros are also going to receive a mini and microfiber towel with their
registration.

There are also some great CTP prizes that will be awarded at both
Hickory Run and F.E. Walter Dam.

As usual, the Bearclaws will have excellent amatuer payouts. A minimum
$500 added cash to pro purse.

Sponsors include Innova, Gateway, Slick Dyes, Dynamic Discs, Wing Nut,
Pocono Whitewater, LS Discs, itsparked, and Pocono Raceway.

The Disc Golf Gods worked their magic and stopped the rain at 4:45
and held it off until about 7:30 PM....the sun came out just in time
for Tuesday Night Tags.

Anyone who was afraid they would melt missed a great night for disc
golf.  The only downside was that the rain must have put a negative
charge on the chains....because the putts just were not sticking at
all.

It started raining as we left the park.
One person got soaked on the way to the Lake.
That's what happens when you ride on two wheels in a rainstorm.

This PDGA B-Tier event is a crosstown tournament with the first round
at Hickory Run State Park and the second round at Francis E. Walter
Dam. Registration will be at Hickory Run.

A mimimun of $500 added cash is going into the pro purse and FEW will
have 17 new baskets up by the time the tournament is held.
