Hey Everybody,

 

     First, Thanks to all who registered for the Ace Race. I believe that we have a shot at the most players for a first time event (the club would receive a new Chainstar basket if we are).

     Second, if there are no objections from those that pre-reg'd, I have had a few last minute people(leave it to discers for last minute decisions) that have asked if they could still participate and here is what I propose:

   Instead of getting both discs that you ARE GOING TO GET REGARDLESS, if people would be willing to to get one disc now and share the other with however many over 40 we would need to allow everyone to play. I will be ordering more player packages, but will have to wait on Discraft so it will probably be a two week waiting period for everybody to get everything that comes in the package( 2 discs, mini, & hat). I tried to get in touch with Discraft today, but they were closed by the time I had a chance to make the call, so the order won't go in until Monday. The catch is that I need to order a minimum of 10 packages. I have 5 confirmed right now, so if at least 5 more show up this plan would work. If we don't, it won't and I appologize if we can't make it happen.

I can't emphasize PRE-REGISTERING enough when given the opportunity. Anyhow, thats the latest and I will be at 'coaches' scrimmage tomorrow 9-12, so anything posted after 9 won't be read until I get back to set up everything for a great day of disc golf.
