and x-out is a factory second. any slight imperfection in a disc
would make it an x-out. For example, I have a CE Wraith that has an
air bubble in the rim, this made in an x-out. Doesn't effect
anything, they just stamp a big "X" on the disc to notate it is not
perfect. X-outs are a great way to find "oddball" weights. There is
usually a price reduction on them too.
