Re: yoga, I recentlty started it and as someone with really tight muscles, agree that is it great way to incorporate some stretching...

Allison--bummer about the hip flexor! I did have some issues there at one point, and stretching did help, but in my case, it cleared up over time as I cut back on running. It was during a winter timeframe, so I was running less anyway so it kind of healed itself naturally. Yoga is helpful too, since it's all about stretching--do you do any of that?
