Hi everyone,
Our first LUNA Chix fitness clinic will take place this month on Wednesday,
September 16th at CrossFit Boston. The clinic is meant to expose us to different
exercises runners can do to stay in top shape. We will meet at the CrossFit
Boston gym at 7:00pm and will work with a trainer there for about an hour. If
you are curious about crossfit workouts, you can visit the gym's website below
where they note, "We combine elements of boot camp workouts, gymnastics, olympic
weightlifting, rowing, and running." They also stress that they do not push
people beyond their ability.

The clinic will be held instead of our normal Wednesday night run. The gym is
somewhat near Northeastern University, and you can find a map on their website.

The gym is a 400 m jog from the Roxbury Crossing T on the orange line. Take a
left at the top of the stairs and then the first left onto Terrace Street.
CrossFit is down on the right. The building has a huge painted sign on it.
