Hi all!
I'm looking for a running buddy to run with before work on weekdays (meet around 6:45/7 AM), or in the mornings/afternoons on weekends. I'm trying to work up to running about 5-6 times a week. I'm just easing back into running after a long hiatus so my pace is pretty slow (10-11 minute mile) and I'm looking to only run about 2 miles for now. My goal is to work my way back up to 4 miles at a 9 minute mile pace by the end of October.
Is there anyone in the Beacon Hill area who is interested? I like to run around the Charles river.
