Hey ladies, Many of us would like to do more speed work, but do not have easy access to a track.  If you are interested in learning about some speed work techniques you can use when you're away from the track, please join us for a special clinic. Date:  Wednesday, August 20 [Rain date:  August 27] Time:  6:30 (our usual meeting time) Place:  The Cambridge side of the Mass. Ave. bridge (our usual meeting spot) After we hear from Coach Greg, we'll try out some of his suggested speed work techniques and do some running around the Charles.  Then we will head over to the Asgard (350 Mass.
