Great to hear from you - unfortunately I will not be making the trip to Chicago, I have had some bad luck with injuries, I have a groin and abuctor strain in my left leg which has bothered me for three weeks now, and still has not recovered then last week I managed to break a toe - nice or what.

 

So for some reason Chicago is not meant to be for me - I am disappointed, but I know there will be plenty of running ahead. I will be with you all in spirit - cheering you on.

 

Michelle is going to be running Chicago and a few other girls from the group.

 

Great cause by the way - Miles for Miracles program.

 

I cannot wait to hear how it goes, good luck and enjoy.

Emma, I don't know if you remember me, but I'm running Chicago too! Maybe we'll run into each other. I'll be wearing a bright, almost fluorescent, singlet that says Children's Hospital Boston. I'm running for their Miles for Miracles program.
