Heya Vinny.
I always throw dingle. I find the rang more comfortable to hold this way, with
the weight behind my hand. In my mind it feels more balanced this way, and I
gain greater control over the throw.
I suppose it's a matter of taste, whatever feels right to you is probably the
better way to throw.
It's a good question. If there was a way of scientifically testing the
difference between the two methods I'd be interested to know the results.
