I hope you are fine and training for the close
Pan-American here, in Brazil !!!

Some important updates have been made on the Pan2005 web site.

These updates have information about small changes in the schedule
andlodging description and prices.
We are working hard to have everything
fine during the competitions and also to get more and more throwers
tothe contest.
The schedule and lodging information included on the web site is in
Portuguese, but I'm working to translate everything to English as
soonas possible. I know that you must have this information in
hands, so I will made below a small briefing.

SCHEDULE Briefing

Tuesday, August 23rd
Starting at 3:00PM throwers are expected to arrive in the Farm.
Free throwing section is planned.

Wednesday, August 24th
Throwers must confirm the subscription. We will have a welcome party
and the competitors meeting. The field will be available for
training and recognition.

Thursday, August 25th
Teams competitions first day.

Friday, August 26th
Teams competitions second day.

Saturday, August 27th
Individual competitions


LODGING Briefing

As you probably know the contest will be placed in a wonderful farm.
The farm is a historic place with lots of country entertainment
activities in the small town called Itu. Please check the web site,
there are some information about Itu that are in English.
Below you can see the lodging packages

Complete Event 1 –
The five days of the event. You will be placed in a triple room that
you will be shared with two other throwers. Break fast, lunch and
dinner are included.
PRICE – R$400,00 (Brazilian Real) or almost US$175.00 (Today)

Complete Event 2 –
The five days of the event. You will be placed in a combined lodging
(a kind of big room with some beds) that you will be shared with
some
other throwers. Break fast, lunch and dinner are included.
PRICE – R$300,00 (Brazilian Real) or almost US$130.00 (Today)

Individual Event 1 –
Friday and Saturday. You will be placed in a triple room that you
will be shared with two other throwers. Break fast, lunch and dinner
are included.
PRICE – R$180,00 (Brazilian Real) or almost US$79.00 (Today)

Individual Event 2 –
Friday and Saturday. You will be placed in a triple room that you
will be shared with two other throwers. Break fast, lunch and dinner
are included.
PRICE – R$160,00 (Brazilian Real) or almost US$70.00 (Today)

We will have a bus that will transport the throwers to the farm. This
bus will left São Paulo on Tuesday, August 23rd.
I must have in hands the information about what time you will arrive
here in São Paulo to schedule the bus departure. Please send me this
information as soon as possible.

Probably tomorrow I will send you more information about the
subscription to the contest.
