This URL is for Americans on these lists who want to file complaints on PHishing emails they may have received and/or provided information to. With all these Phishing scams going around this may be something someone on some of these lists can use.
You know I got two of them on my cell phone the other day? Same phone number for two different banks, one where I actually have an account and one where I used to have an account. It concerned me at first, because I had to unexpectedly go out of town last week and I DID have unusual activity on my account. I changed my PIN just to be safe, though.
