Brian will again be performing on Ice Wars, this Saturday, December
10th on CBS starting at 8pm EST.
This show is always the offical start of televised skating shows for
me. I seem to enjoy the more relaxed professional skating shows. The
skating compitions for titles and medals, while sometimes enjoyable,
can get boring at times. Too much emphisis on how high and how many
turns someone can take during a jump.
NEWSFLASH! Skating is NOT all about jumping. (are you listening
Timothy Goable?)
So, I find the professional shows, where the emphisis is on
entertaining, rather then winning, more fun to watch. Kind of funny
that the skaters on these shows make less mistakes then those in
compeition. It's more relaxed. They know its all for fun.
And seeing Brian is always a bright spot in my book.
