Hello to you. I find it quite strange that you can't read any of Gail's messages specifically. It seems that you have AOL, as I can see from your email address. I would bet the problem is with the email browser--AOL, not with your computer. In fact, the computer is pretty much irrelavent. Since I am not too familiar with AOL, more familiar with Microsoft Explorer, I am not really sure about the settings for AOL. I do know that with Explorer, there are extensive settings you can change under the "tools" menu, "Internet Options". There you can change the security settings and what cookies you accept or don't accept. If Gail is sending an email with any AOL filtered items, such as email links or HTML text, your browser may be rejecting it. If you can't figure it out from there, I would contact the folks at AOL, especially if you are using one of those trial versions.
