Hi Everyone,
I just found this in my inbox. My friend Patti sent it to me. Hope it's not too serious... My poor Brian!
Also, I've been watching the Olympics as much as possible, which is not as much as I would like actually since I just started back at school this past Monday. Some comments from the gymnastics announcers sort of made me think of something that Brian said after Calgary. They were talking about how important the 'little things' are, and how so many gymnasts make small errors or slight mistakes while nailing the big elements or doing them very well. It reminded me of Brian in the 'Calgary: 16 Days of Glory' film where he said that when he got near the end of his program and realized all he had left was a double axel he could have thought, 'Oh, stupid double axel.' Then he said, "I could have missed it." In other words, concentrate on the less difficult things, because they sometimes are exactly what will trip you up.
