The more I am really upset about the whole Lima and Finley treatment. Granted Finley wasn't with us a long time and I am sure would have gotten a considerable raise since he did have such a great season in 2004. The same with Lima. Anyway with Lima, the Dodgers are going to be losing their biggest cheerleader. I loved that guy. I am very sad today. I mean, cmon, it's not like he was going to be asking for Dreifort money here. He made 950,000 last season. What's wrong with 2 Million or 2.5 Million? Ishii is getting 3.2 Million. Look at Weaver and his 9 Million or so. I don't get it. Here's another guy that played with his heart on his sleeve and seriously went out and gave his all every pitch that he threw and was always the first one out of the dug out to congratulate a teammate for a job well done or to console teammate if something went wrong. Elmer Dessens? OK, maybe he's cheaper and can pitch but he doesn't have Lima's heart and I don't think too many players do. I hope he signs with San Francisco and sticks it to LA, I am that mad and the same with Finley too. What happened to loyalty? It went out the window when the O'Malley's sold the team. McCourt is an asshole.
