Jon Lieber signing a three year deal with the Philles for 21 Million?  Did that just not come out of the sky?  What did Lieber exactly do to warrant getting that kind of money?  Did I miss something?  What kind of contract with someone like Derek Lowe now get?  I seriously believe the Philles really overpaid in my opinion.
