Well, Carlos Beltran was a part of a three team deal with him going to the
Astros for Octavio Dotel going to the A's. A good more for the Astros as
Dotel has blown more than one lead for Clemens which has resulted in him not
getting a win to add to his illustrious career total. The Royals end up with
three
prospects, two from the A's and one from the Astros. Good move for Houston
as they have had a rough patch lately and were able to free themselves up with
salary by dealing Richard Hidalgo to the Mets last week.
