I ride the fruita area and the moab area every couple of weeks. I have used stans with good results, but currently I run wtb mutanoraptor 2.4 with very good performance and reasonable weight, with tubes. Last year was a record wet year so traction wasn't an issue, it could be quite diff. this year. FrankB Grand Junction

Has anybody done the Kokopelli with a GPS unit? Do you have the waypoints that can be downloaded or keyed in to another unit? Will the map offered by Bikerpelli have UTM coordinates on it? Also, Stan's tubeless system seems to have about a 50-50 survival/success rate, if you believe the comments on BikeReviews . If you have to carry an extra tube and pump anyway, is there a compelling reason to convert? Assuming I convert, any recommendations as to the best tire to use for the Kokopelli?
