Ya das right Franky...you heard the 'straight up' from Juan...the OPP
is IN. We got 4 other Ohio nutbags to come out with me and Ken this
year. OPP, Ohio Pedal Posse. I personally am looking forward to
Tequilla Tag in Moab...and rollin' down from Slickrock straight into
Moab brewery...bike garb and all. That town rocks and reeks of
outdoors spirit. The ole Racer-X is in fine shape and ready to go.
You still got the Turner? Hey! Ken got under 9 hours at Leadville!!
Silver buckle baby! He's goin' back again this year...he wants the
Gold!
Hey Levi, make sure you're on the waiting list anyways...you never know
how many folks may cancel.
If you folks are looking for some different training alternatives for
the winter, check out Graeme Street's Cyclo-Core workout DVDs. He
combines bike, yoga, and pilates elements into a cyclists specific
workout. http://cyclo-core.com Really progressive stuff. I used it
at the end of the MTB race season last year and could really feel the
difference in putting the power down. He's got 'off season' training
workouts that I'm doing know. They hurt, but you know how that goes.
Stay warm (those of you who need to for the next 4 months), and for
those that don't have to stay warm...go fly a kite 'r somethin'.
